Low Pressure Casting Machines
In addition to our counter pressure machines we also offer a line of
low-pressure casting machines. They produce castings that meet the highest
requirements with respect to strength, density, surface smoothness and
dimensional accuracy. Metal Furnace Transfer System (Furnace Shuttle System)
The metal furnace transportation system (furnace shuttle) makes possible
the fast and efficient exchange of an empty furnace with a full one.
One shuttle system is capable of servicing a line of 6 to 8 casting
machines.Automatic Casting Retriever
The automatic casting retriever is capable of removing casts of up to
120 lbs from the machine. It cools the cast into water bath and transports
it to a conveyer. It also, allows for the operator to inspect and mark
the cast.
Metal Degassing and Heating Unit
The metal degassing/heating unit is a stand alone station where the
molten metal is degassed directly in the machine furnace. This dramatically
reduces gas porosity and inclusions, and increases productivity by always
having a ready furnace on stand by.
